We are a growing exteriors construction company seeking a reliable, experienced Jobsite Foreman/Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations at our residential and/or commercial job sites. • Supervise on-site construction activities and crews
• Attend all weekly meetings
• Coordinate delivery of materials and equipment
• Ensure projects stay on schedule
• Enforce safety protocols and company standards. Hold weekly safety meetings with work crews
• Communicate clearly with General Contractor job site supervisors
• Daily reporting of progress on all projects under your preview
• Understand and follow direction as provided by company leadership

• Construction experience and supervisory skills. Exteriors construction experience valued but not required
• Ability to lift materials and comfortable working outdoors on active jobsites
• Knowledge of construction processes, safety practices, and scheduling
• Conflict resolution skills highly valued
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Fluency in Spanish highly valued 

Wage is based upon experience.

This position is in St George Area. We are looking for someone who is established in the area, and understands the challenges of working in St George.
