Landscape Construction Foreman / Project Manager / Production Manager

We're looking for a landscape construction project managers to help take us to the next level. We have 44 years of experience and the name recognition that proves it.

• Title: Landscape Construction Foreman and Project Manager
• Hours Expectation: 40+ hours a week

Landscape construction project managers are integral pieces to a team responsible for the execution of residential and commercial landscaping projects. Compensation is dependent on previous experience.

You’ll be doing these things mostly:

• Creating a plan for the team
• Working with suppliers to order materials (rocks, turf, dirt, etc.)
• Showing the team what quality looks like
• Talking with clients about what's been done and what's upcoming
• Reading landscape design plans and helping decide order of operations
• Managing multiple crews!!!
• Laying out plant material
• Learning best practices via online training, conferences, etc.
• Reviewing team hours and job costs to ensure job is on track
• Checking tools and equipment to ensure maintenance is kept up

Things you’ve gotta have:

• 5+ years landscape construction experience or similar construction project management experience
• Valid driver's license in the United States
• Ability to lift and carry 80 lbs.
• Be able to pass a drug test and background check
• HUGE plus if you speak/write/read Spanish and English
• Live within 30 minutes of Orem/Provo (where we do 95% of our work)
