Job Summary:
The Automation & Integration Engineer is responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing automation scripts and systems to improve IT operations and efficiency. This position supports systems integration efforts and collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operation of IT systems. The role also involves leveraging foundational AI tools and techniques to implement entry-level AI-driven solutions, such as chatbots or sentiment analysis, to further enhance automation capabilities.
Basic Function:
The Automation & Integration Engineer focuses on designing and implementing automation solutions to streamline IT workflows and processes. Responsibilities include developing and debugging scripts, supporting system integration efforts, and utilizing basic AI tools to improve efficiency. The incumbent contributes to infrastructure monitoring, ensures secure integration of IT systems, and maintains comprehensive technical documentation.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. Or equivalent experience.
2 years of experience in 3 or more of the following or related areas:
• Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
• Proficiency in AI/ML programming and model deployment using frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Experience with AI automation tools, such as Azure AI, AWS AI services, or Google AutoML.
• Strong understanding of AI integration with APIs, including RESTful services and cloud platforms.
• Experience with automation tools like Ansible, PowerShell, or Terraform.
• Strong problem‐solving and communication skills.
• UI/UX Design
• Data analytics, analysis, and creation of visuals (Dashboards)
