The Sales Associate will play a key role in driving sales and providing top-tier customer service to our clients. This position involves selling property and casualty (P&C) insurance products, with the potential to expand into life and health insurance. The successful candidate will obtain their P&C license (required) and may pursue Life and Health licensing to broaden their expertise.

• Actively prospect and generate new business through leads, referrals, and community engagement.
• Consult with clients to assess their insurance needs and recommend tailored P&C and potentially Life and Health solutions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.
• Meet or exceed sales goals while adhering to company policies and ethical standards.
• Stay informed on industry trends, products, and regulations to provide accurate advice.
• Collaborate with team members to support office operations and achieve collective goals.
• Obtain and maintain required insurance licenses (P&C required; Life and Health preferred or willingness to obtain).

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and sales skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to obtain P&C license (required) and Life and Health license (preferred or within an agreed timeframe).
• Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office, CRM software).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
