We're seeking a hands-on Maintenance Manager to lead our field maintenance operations across our residential property portfolio. This role combines technical expertise with leadership, ensuring timely and high-quality maintenance services. The ideal candidate is proficient in HUD inspection standards (NSPIRE certification preferred), excels in team collaboration, and maintains meticulous records of supplies and work orders.​

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and execute maintenance tasks, including painting, drywall, flooring, tile work, and general repairs.​
• Ensure compliance with HUD/NSPIRE inspection standards.​
• Manage and mentor a team of maintenance technicians, fostering a collaborative work environment.​
• Maintain accurate records of billable supplies, work orders, and timecards.​
• Participate in the after-hours maintenance rotation, addressing emergency calls as scheduled.​

Ensure cleanliness and organization of work areas post-maintenance activities.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in residential maintenance and team leadership.​
• Familiarity with HUD inspection requirements; NSPIRE certification is a plus.​
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation.​
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs consistently.​
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.​
• Reliable work vehicle.
• Successful completion of a background check.
