Massae Envy Riverdale is looking for a friendly customer-focused Front Desk Sales Associate

Be the welcoming face of our Massage Envy Clinic. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys providing exceptional customer service, thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for wellness and helping others.

Greet clients warmly an create a welcoing environment. Answer phone calls, shcedule appointments and manage the appointment book.

Promote Massage Envy memberships, packages, promotions and retail products to meet sales goals.

Check Clients in and out, ensuring a smooth front desk experience.

Maintain a clean and organized receptionist area and overall clinic.

Process payments and manage point-of-sale transactions.

Support team members, therapist and estheticians with both administrative and clinic tasks as needed.

Uphold Massage Envy policies and procedures to ensure client satisfaction and safety.

High school diploma or equivalent. Previous customer service and/or sales experience preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a busy environment.

Basic computer skill and comfort with salon software and point of sale systems.

Flexible availability including, evenings and weekends. No Sundays.
