We are currently seeking a skilled salesperson to join our window treatment sales team. This role is perfect for individuals with a passion for drapery design and textile sales who are eager to contribute to a growing company while enjoying a rewarding and dynamic career.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outside Sales & Client Acquisition – Identify and engage potential clients, schedule consultations, and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Drapery Consultation – Assess clients’ needs for both residential and commercial projects, offering expert guidance on styles, fabrics, hardware, and sun exposure considerations.
  • Measurements & Site Visits – Conduct on-site measurements to ensure precise specifications for custom drapery installations.
  • Client Maintenance – Service and manage all client accounts for repeat business.
  • Customer Service & Follow-Up – Serve as the primary contact throughout the sales process, ensuring professional communication and post-sale support.
  • Reporting & Sales Tracking – Maintain records of sales activities, manage client databases, and provide regular updates on sales performance.


Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 Years of Drapery Experience (Preferred) – Proven expertise in drapery sales, measurements, fabric selection, and style recommendations.
  • Strong Communication Skills – Ability to present product information and design solutions effectively.
  • Customer-Centric Approach – Exceptional interpersonal skills with a dedication to providing high-quality service.
  • Technical Proficiency – Comfortable using basic computer software and CRM tools.
  • Valid Driver’s License & Reliable Transportation – Required for on-site consultations and client meetings throughout the country.
  • Team Player – Ability to collaborate with designers, fabricators, and support staff to ensure client satisfaction.
