We are expanding our team and are looking for someone who can contribute to the smooth operation of our day-to-day accounting activities. They will also help with our month-end and year-end closing processes, as well as audit preparations.

Duties include but are not limited to - Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, credit card entry and reconciliation, G/L account reconciliation and month end reporting and analysis. This position will help with the recording of fixed asset information and inventory transactions, with some report building and analysis. There is also a customer support and collections component – which involves researching and helping with customer questions and supporting other departments with reporting and transaction analysis. This is a multi-person accounting team so a willingness to work and collaborate with others as a team is very important. 

Requirements

·          Full-time position: Monday – Friday 8:00AM – 5:00PM at our Kaysville office

·          Minimum of 3 years accounting experience

·          Attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills

·          Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business a plus

·          Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·          Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to utilize pivot tables and lookup functions (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP).

·          Strong customer service orientation and a commitment to providing helpful support.

·          Knowledge of NetSuite (ERP system) is helpful

·          Experience with SQL and/or MS Access is a plus.
