Responsibilities:
- Fully manage the dealership lot:
- Organize, present, and maintain the inventory in a clean and professional manner.
- Actively sell vehicles:
- Greet customers, build relationships, understand their needs, and lead them through the sales process to closing deals.
- Handle all required paperwork:
- Accurately complete sales contracts, financing paperwork, DMV/title work, and ensure compliance with dealership policies.
- Manage and improve lot operations:
- Oversee the arrangement and presentation of vehicles, signage, and customer areas to maximize appeal and drive sales.
- Directly report to the dealership owner:
- Communicate daily activities, sales updates, customer feedback, and inventory needs directly to ownership.
- Assist with purchasing and sourcing vehicles:
- Help identify vehicle inventory needs and assist in locating/buying new stock when necessary.
- Develop and implement sales strategies:
- Actively participate in planning promotions, advertising ideas, and strategies to increase dealership visibility and sales.
- Provide excellent customer service:
- Ensure all customers have a positive, respectful, and professional experience from first contact through post-sale follow-up.
- Maintain detailed records:
- Track leads, customer interactions, sales performance, and lot management activities.

Position Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of proven car sales experience — experience in a dealership environment is highly preferred.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — confident speaking with customers and closing deals.
