* Safety Compliance: Strictly follow all safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a secure working environment for yourself and your team.

* Routine Maintenance: Perform routine equipment maintenance, including inspections, lubrication, and promptly reporting any equipment issues to the maintenance department.

* Precision Grading: Ensure accurate grading and leveling in line with project requirements, blueprints, and design specifications.

* Team Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, supervisors, and fellow team members to coordinate grading activities and meet project goals effectively.

* Clear Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with team members and supervisors, reporting progress, challenges, and equipment issues as necessary.

* Problem-solving: Identify and address any operational challenges or issues that arise during grading work.

* Record Keeping: Maintain accurate documentation, including daily equipment inspection reports and work logs.

* Other duties: may be assigned as needed to support project requirements.

Requirements:

* 3+ years of experience in Equipment Operation.

* High school diploma or equivalent.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Reliable transportation for commuting to job sites.

* Ability to do physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks.

* Demonstrated time management skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
