We are looking for a senior service technician to perform diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining commercial heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems. Must be able to adapt at leading service teams, mentoring junior service technicians and troubleshoot common HVAC issues. The daily activities may vary from preventative maintenance contracts to service calls to scheduled retrofit projects. You must be professional and capable of planning and managing their time diligently.

Technical Expertise & Diagnostics

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair complex HVAC systems including RTUs, chillers, boilers, VRF/VRV systems, and split systems.
• Conduct advanced system performance tests and airflow analysis to improve efficiency.
• Perform preventative maintenance and identify potential equipment failures before they escalate.

Leadership & Mentoring

• Lead and train junior technicians on proper service procedures, safety protocols, and technical best practices.
• Serve as first point of contact for escalated service issues, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
• Delegate tasks during multi-tech service calls to ensure time efficiency and quality standards.

Customer Relations

• Provide clear and professional communication with clients regarding system issues, repair options, and cost estimates.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, resulting in high levels of repeat business and customer referrals.
• Educate clients on system usage, energy-saving strategies, and long-term maintenance planning.

Project Oversight

• Assist in system installations and retrofits, including equipment selection and system layout planning.
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and property managers on commercial service and installation projects.
• Conduct final inspections to ensure systems meet design specifications and performance standards.

Must be professional with good customer service skills, clean driving record, and able to pass drug test with a minimum of 10 years of experience as a technician with EPA/RMGA certifications. Our technicians need to be punctual and professional in appearance. Technical proficiencies required with Trane, Carrier, Lennox, Daikin, Mitsubishi, York systems, which require the use digital manifold gauges, combustion analyzers, and refrigerant recovery systems necessary.
