Job Summary/Basic Function:
The position has responsibility to oversee assigned enrollment projects and efforts and may supervise and provide work direction to select staff when applicable. It is expected the incumbent will support efforts to accomplish departmental objectives and meet regularly in a team environment to report on progress. Duties include the following:
• Counsel and advise students, faculty, and/or staff.
• Ensure quality of enrollment services, processes, and programs.
• Oversee the resolution of problems and challenges regarding the enrollment, retention, and graduation of students.
• Proficient computer knowledge.
• Manage special projects and assignments
• Represent WSU at college fairs, high school visits, and other student recruitment events.
• Extensive travel required.

• Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• One year full-time college employment experience in academic advisement, registrar’s services, admissions, financial aid, student services, enrollment services, administrative experience, specific coordinating area, or equivalent experience.

• Strong oral and verbal communication skills
• English/Spanish bilingual
