Position Overview

We are seeking a sales-driven Personal Lines Insurance Agent with a valid Utah P&C Insurance License to join our team as a W-2 employee. This role is perfect for a motivated individual looking to grow their career in a supportive and high-performing environment. You’ll have the opportunity to cross-sell our existing book of business, work in your own private office, and take advantage of hybrid work options based on experience and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new personal lines business through inbound leads and self-sourced opportunities
• Cross-sell existing book of business to maximize client value
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects
• Provide excellent customer service and follow-up
• Utilize agency tools (e.g., Ezlynx, Agency Zoom, Excel) to manage pipeline and track performance
• Leverage being a part of an agency management company with 30+ agencies across the USA

Qualifications

• Utah Property & Casualty Insurance License (Required)
• GED or High School Diploma (Required)
• Proven experience in a sales-focused insurance role
• Self-motivated and driven to meet and exceed goals
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Preferred but not required:
• Experience with Ezlynx, Agency Zoom, Excel
• Background in online marketing
• Experience in working with preferred clients
