We're a small, high-performing crew seeking a skilled Master Technician or Shop Foreman to lead service operations, drive quality, and mentor techs in a fast-paced, low-drama environment.

What You’ll Do

• Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on high-end vehicles
• Lead shop operations and support a small team of technicians
• Maintain dealership-level standards in an independent shop setting
• Collaborate with service advisor on estimates and timelines
• Use automotive shop and and manufacturer software to manage work efficiently

What We’re Looking For

• ASE Master Certified (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years in luxury/high-performance vehicle repair
• Strong leadership, diagnostic, and organizational skills
• Prior shop foreman or team lead experience preferred
• Passion for quality, precision, and continuous improvement
