• Provide strong leadership and mentorship to our teachers and staff, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
• Develop and implement a compelling vision for our preschool, ensuring a high-quality, developmentally appropriate program.

• Oversee all aspects of preschool operations, ensuring compliance with state regulations and best practices.

We're looking for a leader who brings:

• A Bachelor's or higher degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field or at least level 9 from the Utah Early Childhood Education Career Ladder system
• Proven success in a leadership role within an early childhood setting.
• Experience with State licensing inspections
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
