Ashish Fernando(https://www.linkedin.com/in/ashishfernando/) is the CEO of two growing companies — Turn1, a premium carbon fiber brand for motorsports, and EDMO, an AI-powered education platform. We need a sharp, proactive, and creative right-hand person to help keep things moving for his office.

This is not your typical assistant gig. You’ll help with executive tasks, social media, content, and keeping everything running smoothly across both companies. If you’re organized, social-media savvy, and excited about working in a fast-paced startup environment, we should talk.

• Keep my calendar, inbox, travel plans, and to-do list in check
• Manage and grow our social media presence (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Capture and create content (photos/videos) at events, builds, and office days
• Help with day-to-day ops, research, errands, and follow-ups
• Support team coordination, scheduling, and occasional internal comms
• Jump into whatever’s needed — from planning events to vendor coordination

• You’re based in or near Lehi, Utah
• You’re organized, independent, and great with people
• You understand how to build a social media brand and write good copy
• You have an eye for design, content, and storytelling
• Bonus if you’re into cars, tech, education, or startups
