We are seeking a full time, career-minded Mortgage Loan Originator to be part of our team. The ideal candidate will have 1 - 2 years of experience originating, and will fall into one of the following two categories: You are at a self-gen office looking to make an environment change, or you are in a retail position wanting to make the jump to self-gen. and higher pay!

Responsibilities include:

- Generate your mortgage loan business by leveraging your databases and lead system using our origination system.

- Assist clients in choosing the best mortgage product to meet their financial goals.

- Guide clients through the loan application process and ensure all necessary documentation is collected.

- Analyze applicants' financial status, credit, and property evaluations to determine feasibility of granting loans.

- Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations.

- Provide excellent customer service throughout the loan process.

The ideal candidate will have:

Positive Attitude.

Self Starter.

Proven experience in sales and customer service.

Previous experience as a Loan Officer/ Loan Officer Assistant and or Processor.

Understanding of RESPA, TILA, and other relevant regulations.

License with NMLS - We will help the right candidate with this!
