Temp to Hire

Schedule:

• Monday- Thursday 7:30pm- 6am ($18.40-20/hr depending on experience)

Aerotek, voted Best of Staffing, is hiring Production Associates with a local medical device company with a starting pay of $18.40/hr. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented candidates to join a dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the assembly process, ensuring that products are assembled accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components and products according to specifications and quality standards.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools for fabrication and assembly tasks.
• Conduct quality checks on assembled products to ensure they meet company standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.

Requirements

• Able to work in a cleanroom environment (face mask, hairnet, bunny suit)
• Previous experience in production preferred, not required
• Familiarity with assembly line processes and techniques is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
