KJ Excavation & Landscaping is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to drive sales in our pool installation and landscaping services. This role involves engaging with clients to understand their outdoor living aspirations and offering tailored solutions that align with their vision and budget.

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in pool construction and landscaping projects.
• Conduct client consultations to assess needs and present customized design proposals.
• Collaborate with design and project management teams to ensure client expectations are met.
• Prepare and deliver detailed estimates and contracts.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our services.

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in pool construction, landscaping, or related fields.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret design plans and blueprints.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
