Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff, and maintaining high standards in hospitality, cleanliness, and safety. This role requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while fostering a positive work environment.

Duties

• Lead and manage all aspects of the business, including cleaning and unit turn operations, fleet maintenance, damage management, and customer service.
• Oversee cash handling procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Conduct interviews and hire staff to build a strong team dedicated to excellence.
• Manage inventory control processes to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations and safety standards.
• Utilize POS systems effectively for transactions and reporting.
• Provide ongoing training and support to staff to enhance performance and service quality.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Experience

• Proven experience in a managerial role is essential.
• Strong background in hospitality, RV/home maintenance, and customer service.
• Familiarity with POS systems/booking software is preferred.
