Generational Sales is a commercial equipment and online part store. We are needing to hire a Shipping Supervisor. Enjoy a flexible work schedule. Working with great people and new product every day, and having a desk job that still gets you to see the sunshine throughout the day.

Responsibilities will primarily involve overseeing and handling all shipping needs including pulling sold items, ensuring accuracy in sold product listings, completely preparing shipments from start to finish, and dropping off shipments at carrier facilities. You will also have responsibilities of listing product and caring for the upkeep of the shop. You may have occasional responsibilities of helping with any unloading or moving of product, answering customer questions, etc.

We offer a base pay + commission pay program giving you the opportunity to work smarter, work harder, and earn more.

The position is full time but does have the option to be near full time as well. Days of work are Monday through Friday. Each work day is required for fulfilling shipments but hours can vary when needed.

You will be able to choose your own schedule each week. Being able to work around your personal events. Starting options for hours are between 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday through Friday. Hours can start slightly earlier or end slightly later after training is complete.

Requirements and qualifications-

Must be able to lift 50 pounds.

Provide your own vehicle and smartphone.

Strong computer knowledge.

Be able to pass a drug test.

Excellent communication, organization, and problem solving skills.

Team oriented, safety and job focused.

Positive mentality. Continuing to set a high example for each other on the team.
