Our thriving healthcare clinic in South Jordan, is looking for a Case Manager to be the driving force in helping our patients access essential care services. This is an ideal role for a skilled sales. Must speak Spanish and English.

-Conduct consultations to assess patient needs and recommend tailored treatment options 

-Build strong, trust-based relationships with patients through confident, clear communication 

-Present care plans in a way that supports patient commitment and confidence in our services 

-Adhere to a structured approach to success, taking ownership of responsibilities and tasks 

-Provide consistent follow-up to keep patients informed, engaged, and progressing in their health journeys 

-Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure a smooth, supportive patient experience

-Sales Experience (does not have to be in medical sales): Demonstrated success in sales, with a focus on results and patient satisfaction 

-Confident Communicator: Skilled in connecting with patients and presenting information effectively

-Patient-Centered: Committed to helping people achieve improved health and well-being 

-Persuasive Skills: Ability to engage patients in understanding and valuing their care options 

-Team Player: Enjoys working collaboratively and values team achievements

-Coachable: Open to learning and adapting to clinic practices and guidelines 

-Follow-Up Oriented: Proactively follows through with patients and team members

-Action-Oriented: Driven and organized, with a commitment to reaching both personal and clinic goals
