We are a premier wholesale plant arrangement provider in the West and we design and fulfill our creations in our greenhouses in Lehi, Utah. We serve grocery store chains and flower shops in four states and are seeking an outgoing, dynamic individual to join our fun team as a production lead. This position will serve as the lead for order fulfillment, working with the planting team, and assisting with store delivery preparation and execution.

This is a full-time position with growth opportunities in our company as we are expanding our clientele and product family. We are seeking an individual who enjoys working on their feet all day in a fast-paced greenhouse environment - and who has a passion for plants, client relations and enjoys working hard to make our clientele happy. We have products that bring joy to our customers, and we value all of our relationships with employees and customers. Please note that this job position is working in a greenhouse environment, with temperature fluctuations, water, and dirt present. Individual must be comfortable working in an environment with various elements that exist in greenhouse environments.

·        Process and prepare orders for the planting team

·        Pull hard goods and UPC products

·        Work with manager on high production allocation fulfillment

·        Assist in unloading production goods from large truck shipments

·        Help maintain greenhouses and plant production

·        Assist with office administration for product allocations, dock orders, and pick up orders

·        Assist in upgrading our current processes and systems

Pacific Plant Growers is an indoor plant wholesaler serving grocery store chains and flower shops in four states. We have been serving the industry for over 20 years with beautiful plants and plant arrangements. We are a company with strong family values, and a hard-work ethic, and we are seeking an individual who fits in with our team and values. We have great work hours. Monday through Thursday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, and Friday's, 8:00 am to 3:00 pm.
