We seek a flatlock/flatseam production ready sewing machine operator to join our apparel production team. This will be a part-time contract position, that has t the opportunity to transition to a full-time position.

You will join our small manufacturing team and make premium

apparel using high-end industrial sewing machines. You will gain experience

with all machines and help build out our internal manufacturing processes.

You can expect to create small-batch productions using premium

wool fabric: Men's and Women's Baselayers (Pants and Shirts), Boxers, and

Underwear.

Happy to offer either above-average hourly wage or piece rate.

Additional responsibilities may include: Pressing, labeling,

folding, and packaging apparel - You will work across all functions.

+3 years of sewing experience in an apparel manufacturing facility.

Able to pass a sewing test and background check – Before an

offer

Must be able to work in a team environment, with minimal

supervision, and follow detailed manufacturing instructions.

Able to read and understand a tech pack and sewing instructions.

Lift and pull in excess of 40 pounds. Able to bend, kneel,

balance, climb, stoop, and crouch regularly to adjust settings on machinery and

move materials and tools as needed

Ability to operate the following sewing machines: flat seamer

(flatlock), single needle, serger/overlock, cover stitch, and bar tack.
