Arbor & Ore is seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Production Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and design. This role involves creating precise designs, drafting specifications, and ensuring that manufacturing processes align with our high standards for quality and aesthetics. 

• Design and Drafting:
• Develop comprehensive 2D and 3D designs of custom cabinetry using CAD software (e.g., Sketch Up, Mozaic, Microvellum).
• Generate technical drawings and detailed specifications to guide the CNC/manufacturing process.
• Collaborate with the design team to bring innovative concepts to life while adhering to design standards.
• Material Selection and Analysis:
• Research and recommend high-quality materials.
• Conduct structural analysis to ensure that designs are both visually appealing and structurally sound.
• Evaluate material compatibility and durability for diverse design concepts.
• Manufacturing Collaboration:
• Coordinate with manufacturing teams to ensure design specifications are accurately implemented.
• Troubleshoot technical challenges during production and provide viable solutions.
• Optimize designs for efficient production without compromising quality.

• Experience with CAD.
• Experience with CNC machining and other advanced manufacturing techniques.
