We are a growing landscaping company dedicated to delivering high-quality outdoor services with professionalism, pride, and attention to detail. We specialize in commercial and residential landscaping, including maintenance, installations, and clean-ups. We're looking for a dependable and motivated Crew Leader to join our team and help lead daily operations in the field.

The Landscaping Crew Leader will be responsible for managing a small team of 1-2, ensuring all jobs are completed efficiently, safely, and to a high standard. This role requires hands-on work in all aspects of landscaping, strong leadership, and excellent customer service skills.

***The schedule would be Wednesday, Thursday, Friday from 8-5. Schedule can be flexible, though.

• Lead and work alongside a crew of 2–4 team members on landscape maintenance jobs
• Operate landscaping equipment including mowers, trimmers, blowers, and hand tools
• Oversee job site safety, cleanliness, and quality control
• Communicate with clients and supervisors to ensure job expectations are met
• Perform basic installation projects
• Train and mentor crew members as needed
• Report daily progress and address any issues promptly

• 2+ years of landscaping experience (1+ year in a leadership role preferred, but not required)
• Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance and installation techniques
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (required for driving company vehicles)
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
