**Job Overview**: 

We are seeking skilled and motivated Commercial Service Contractors to join our team in Salt Lake City, Utah. As a Commercial Service Contractor, you will provide a range of maintenance and repair services to commercial properties, including offices, retail spaces, and industrial facilities. This role is ideal for experienced tradespeople who thrive in a fast-paced environment and value flexible, independent work.

**Responsibilities**: 

- Perform maintenance, repairs, and installations for commercial HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or general building systems based on your expertise. 

- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues, providing efficient and high-quality solutions. 

- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure system reliability. 

- Collaborate with clients and project managers to understand needs and deliver exceptional service. 

- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and invoices. 

- Adhere to safety protocols, industry standards, and local regulations.  

**Qualifications**: 

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or general contracting. 

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a client-first mindset. 

- Own tools required. Company truck provided within 90 Days

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects efficiently. 

- Excellent communication and customer service skills. 

- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check. 

- Knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations preferred.
