We're seeking experienced outbound sales rep who thrives in a performance-based environment w/NO Cap on pay– more you perform the more $$$ you make. Our average full time representatives make just under $75,000 annually not including incentives, trips, prizes, earned.

WARM Fresh leads generated Daily from web forms / social media marketing. Outbound contact and follow up with prospects who have requested contact/information via texts, voicemails, and closing sales to drive revenue. Ideal candidates should have a proven prior sales experience. Seeking individuals confident in their people/sales skills, accountable, driven/highly motivated to be paid on performance. High speed internet, computer, ability to navigate google email/docs/sheets required.

Real Sales Experience

PAY WILL BE WEEKLY calculated on the following performance schedule, which is retroactive, meaning all sales paid out on performance tier achieved:

1-9 sales = $100/sale

10-14 sales = $115/sale

15-19 sales = $120/sale

20+ sales = $130/sale

Extensive training materials/meetings are provided to ensure rep is given all resources/tools in order to succeed. Trainings are held multiple times a week with additional quick daily trainings and one-on-ones when necessary. Sales manual, recorded calls, videos, and basic training checklist provided for reps to build foundational understanding/skills to excel in role.

Sales reps also have the ability to grow a pipeline and refer business finance deals to our in-house lending partner funding 500k-15M and receive a % of net profit generated from the finance deal.

Top sales professionals with the longest proven track record and trust are able to work in our big business vertical building pipeline on multi-million dollar contracts and get a percentage of each contract secured as we fulfill for 8 & 9 figure companies; therefore, we have ample room for growth/progression within the company.
