Job Description

This position supports both our management consulting firm as well as our humanitarian aid initiatives.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Work to advance philanthropic and management consulting goals through executing plans based on prioritized projects & accomplishing general tasks. Projects tend to focus on helping individuals achieve their potential at a faster rate (both on the consulting and philanthropic side) as well as general goal accomplishment of organizations.

Types of work include

  • Managing other team members
  • General market research
  • Communication with humanitarian aid staff internationally to follow up on projects
  • Plan creation and execution
  • General administrative tasks

About Us

Our consulting company has been in operation for 17 years, working with small/medium/large businesses. We’ve worked with Fortune 500 household names as well as startups. Philanthropy efforts began in 1999 in Honduras and expanded from there, primarily in Latin America and the Philippines. Company name will be disclosed in the interview process.

Availability Requirements

  • Able to meet in person in Kaysville multiple afternoons and or evening per week

Additional Information

Pay

  • $30-$50 hourly pay based on experience and abilities
  • May include equity earned in client companies (depending on role and performance) - negotiable

Hours

  • Part time - 10-30 hours per week
  • Afternoons and some evenings
  • Approx. 15-20% of the work done is remotely; the rest is done in Kaysville 

Travel

  • Less than 10%, although for team members who gain experience over time, international travel is an optional opportunity
