• Operate our state-of-the-art Hundegger Turbo Drive II saw
• Read and interpret measurements accurately
• Manage materials and assist with workflow efficiency
• Ensure safe and proper use of equipment
• Work both independently and with a team
• Occasionally work overtime during our busy season

• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs. regularly
• Fluent in reading and working with measurements
• Punctual and dependable
• Computer literate – comfortable navigating basic software
• Willingness to learn and follow safety standards

• Strong troubleshooting abilities
• Good communication and teamwork
• Solid work ethic and accountability
• Spanish-speaking skills (not required, but a plus!)
• $18.00 – $22.00/hour, depending on experience and work ethic
