We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Attorney to join our Salt Lake City office. This position is ideal for a recent law school graduate or a licensed attorney with 0–3 years of experience. Prior experience in personal injury litigation is a strong plus, but not required. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives under minimal supervision and is eager to learn and grow within a collaborative team.
• Handle personal injury matters from intake through resolution (pre-suit and litigation)
• Conduct client interviews, legal research, and case evaluations
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence
• Attend depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials as needed
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
• Manage deadlines and case dockets efficiently and proactively
• J.D. from an accredited law school and licensed to practice in Utah (or awaiting bar results with intent to become licensed)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage a caseload independently with minimal supervision
• Spanish language skills are a plus
• Passion for helping injured individuals and a commitment to client service
