We’re searching for a Retail & Fulfillment Specialist—a poised, fashion-forward individual who can move seamlessly between two essential worlds: the magic of the sales floor and the precision of our fulfillment operations. This is a hybrid role for someone who thrives on connecting with people and getting things done behind the scenes.

What You’ll Do

On the Floor (Retail Sales)

• Welcome guests with warmth and confidence, guiding them through an exceptional shopping experience that feels thoughtful, tailored, and elevated.
• Understand body types, fabric, fit, and color theory—help each customer find something that makes them feel stunning.
• Drive sales with clarity, empathy, and expertise. You’re not just selling a dress—you’re helping someone feel like themselves again.
• Maintain a storefront that’s visually beautiful, clean, and brand-aligned down to the last detail.

Behind the Curtain (Fulfillment Support)

• Work alongside our fulfillment team to process, pack, and ship customer orders with care and precision.
• Handle inventory accurately and efficiently—this team keeps the heart of the business beating.
• Jump in to assist wherever needed, whether it’s prepping a drop-off, restocking bestsellers, or supporting team members in tight turnarounds.
• Treat every package like it’s a gift someone’s been waiting for (because it is).

Who You Are

• A polished, approachable person who communicates with style and warmth.
• Experienced in apparel sales—you understand silhouettes, fit, styling, and customer psychology.
• Organized and efficient. You like things tidy, timely, and done right.
• Comfortable multitasking between the front of house and back of house—and doing both with excellence.
• A fan of fashion and of JessaKae. You believe in size inclusivity and want to be part of something meaningful.
• Energetic, reliable, and team-oriented.

Schedule

• Tue - Friday, 8 AM – 4 PM (required)
• Saturday, 11 AM – 7 PM
• Flexibility to support weekday retail or fulfillment shifts as needed
