The Online Order Manager helps to run the retail website, adding items & descriptions and editing where necessary. This person will pull, fulfill & ship orders. Our site runs on a Shopify platform so preference will be given to those with Shopify experience. Wages are DOE.

The responsibilities of this position includes adding items & descriptions to the site, maintaining inventory (with assistance from others) shipping orders and helping to kit any items needed for orders. You will also be assisting other team members to pack for conventions & shows, as well as jumping in to assemble kits when needed. You will be responsible for customer service inquiries pertaining to the online orders.

Online order & shipping experience required, with Shopify experience being preferred. Must be able to work FT Monday thru Friday from 8 am til 4 pm. Must be diligent, reliable, dependable, and show up ready to work. Computer skills, phone skills & customer service skills are a must. Must be able to take & give direction. Must be a team player and work well with others.

For the right person, PTO will be offered after a probationary period. Some flexibility with hours is possible - for instance 8:30 am til 4:30 pm. There is often overtime available when extremely busy or prepping for shows.
