As a Pipe Foreman at Got Dirt Construction, you will be responsible for leading field operations on utility projects with a focus on sewer line installation, pump house construction, and underground infrastructure. You will oversee a crew of laborers and equipment operators, ensuring the successful, safe, and timely completion of all assigned work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Crew Leadership & Management:
• Supervise and direct field crews on sewer line, water line, and pump station installations
• Assign tasks and monitor crew performance to maintain efficiency and quality
• Provide on-site training and mentorship to crew members
• Project Execution:
• Interpret construction plans, specifications, and grade stakes
• Coordinate with project managers and inspectors to ensure compliance and accuracy
• Maintain daily logs and timecards, report progress and issues promptly
• Quality & Safety Compliance:
• Ensure work is performed according to Got Dirt’s quality standards and safety protocols
• Conduct daily safety meetings and enforce company safety policies
• Identify and resolve potential hazards or job site issues
• Materials & Equipment Oversight:
• Order, receive, and track materials and deliveries
• Manage and inspect tools and heavy equipment needed for operations
• Schedule equipment usage to maximize productivity and reduce downtime
• Client & Stakeholder Coordination:
• Serve as the on-site point of contact for engineers, inspectors, and clients
• Communicate effectively to maintain strong relationships and clear expectations
• Problem Solving:
• Quickly assess field conditions and adapt plans to maintain schedule and budget
• Troubleshoot construction issues and resolve them independently or with team support

Experience building pump houses, sewer lines, and underground infrastructure

Proven ability to run crews, coordinate subs, and manage daily operations

Strong understanding of project schedules, safety standards, and quality control

A leader who brings out the best in their team and takes pride in delivering top-notch work

 Lead field crews on utility and infrastructure projects

Ensure safety, quality, and productivity on-site

Coordinate with project managers to hit milestones and deadlines
