MasterCraft Interiors is hiring finish carpenters with solid tool knowledge and a strong willingness to learn. We specialize in high-end custom finish carpentry projects, collaborating with top builders, designers, and architects throughout Park City and neighboring communities.

We are looking for responsible, proactive individuals with an eye for detail who take pride in delivering exceptional work.

• Operate basic and advanced carpentry tools safely and efficiently
• Maintain a positive attitude and a strong desire to learn
• Support the installation of custom trim, doors, baseboards, beams, and wall paneling
• Contribute to custom or high-end residential projects with a focus on craftsmanship
• Follow project guidelines and quality standards with precision and accountability

• 2+ years of finish carpentry experience preferred
• Familiarity with residential construction environments
• Ability to read and interpret plans or construction drawings
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) strongly preferred
• Punctuality, integrity, and a strong work ethic are essential
