wear appropriate clothes to protect against dog scratches and be presentable to customers. (no leggings, shorts shorter than arms length, tank tops, torn or ragged clothes)
prefer at least one year of experience but willing to train the right people..

meet with customers
understand what customers want for the groom and to talk over any problems there may be.
LOVE dogs
Have patience with and compassion for dogs.
Good telephone manners to call owners if more instruction is needed and/orwhen dog is finished.
Use time wisely
Take pictures before and after groom.
enter any needed information into the computer (using the ‘ginger’ app)

friendly positive attitude
Keep grooming tools in good shape.
keep grooming room clean
Getting along with other employees.

wage is negligible.
may choose hourly wage or % per dog.

If new to learning to groom there will be a 30 day evaluation. If for any reason, yours or ours, it is deemed that you are not fit for a grooming position. You will be asked to leave.
