We are seeking a driven and experienced leader to launch and manage our new Sprinklers & Small Enhancements Division. This individual will be responsible for overseeing all irrigation installs, system

• Launch, manage, and lead the Sprinklers & Small Enhancements Division

• Oversee all irrigation installations, repairs, and small-scale landscape enhancements (e.g. lighting, turf patches, planter boxes, garden improvements)

• Schedule and supervise crews, ensuring efficient workflows and high-quality workmanship

• Coordinate with clients, project managers, vendors, and suppliers to meet timelines and expectations

• Maintain jobsite safety, cleanliness, and professionalism

• Track materials, labor, and costs for each job and report performance

• Train and develop crew members to ensure consistent quality and growth

• Identify opportunities to improve systems, upsell services, and grow the division

• Ensure all projects meet company standards and local codes

• 3+ years of experience in landscape irrigation, enhancements, or related fieldwork

• Prior leadership experience as a Foreman, Superintendent, or Project Manager

• Strong understanding of sprinkler system layout, installation, and repair

• Familiarity with small landscape enhancements (e.g., lighting, turf, planter boxes, decorative features)

• Ability to read and interpret landscape and irrigation plans

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and lead a team

• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license (CDL is a plus)

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus

• Comfortable using apps or software to track hours, materials, and progress
