We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Assistant Service Manager with potential European vehicle experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have European vehicle experience: VW, Audi, Mercedes, Volvo, BMW, to serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service while facilitating vehicle maintenance and repair processes. This role requires a strong understanding of automotive services, excellent communication skills, and the ability to present services effectively.

• Greet customers and assess their vehicle service needs.
• Work closely with Service Manager on all client needs.
• With Parts Manager, provide accurate estimates for repairs and maintenance, including tire service, oil changes, and other automotive services.
• Utilize mechanical knowledge to explain technical issues to customers in an understandable manner.
• Write detailed service orders and maintain clear communication with technicians regarding customer requests.
• Upsell additional services based on customer needs and vehicle condition.
• Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Maintain a clean and organized service area, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored.
• Stay updated on industry trends and new automotive products to provide informed recommendations.

• Previous experience in European automotive service or as a Service Advisor is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance practices and auto estimating.
• Familiarity with service writing software is a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Mechanical knowledge and experience in automotive sales will be advantageous.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
