As a Service Technician, you'll be the face of PWS — solving problems on-site and delivering a white-glove service. From replacing faulty hardware, adjusting window units for smooth operation, replacing glass, door panel replacements and more you’ll use your hands-on skills and creative thinking to leave every customer satisfied.

• Show up on time, every time — with a positive attitude
• Troubleshoot and repair: broken parts, glass, weatherstripping, and hardware
• Ensure windows and doors operate smoothly before leaving the job site
• Provide installation inspections and adjustments for new window/door packages
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members
• Accurately complete tech reports
• Work well in teams — including lifting 100+ lbs with help
• Think on your feet and solve unique challenges creatively

• Experience Required
• Mechanically inclined and comfortable with tools
• Comfortable working on ladders and roofs
• Clean driving record (company vehicle use may be required)
• Strong customer service skills
• Able to travel occasionally, with some overnight stays
• Willing to work occasional overtime when needed
• Reliable, teachable, and motivated
