Ivory Homes, Utah's #1 Homebuilder seeks an experienced Chief Strategy and Marketing Officer to join its outstanding team. This is a tremendous opportunity to manage and direct the marketing efforts of a market leader and to play a key management role within a strong and stable company. This individual will work closely with Ivory’s executive team and lead Ivory’s internal marketing team. He or she will also collaborate with Ivory’s 70+ person sales force. As a key growth leader, this individual will manage a significant marketing budget, develop data-driven and scalable strategies, and own the execution and continuous optimization of those strategies across traditional and digital platforms. This is a high-impact role for a marketer who thrives on gathering data, performing market analysis, testing, learning, and driving measurable results in a purpose-driven environment.

Successful candidates will possess and demonstrate the following:

• 7+ years of hands-on experience with marketing data analytics, strategy, execution, and performance optimization.
• 5+ years of direct people management experience, with a proven ability to mentor and lead high-performing teams.
• Advanced analytical skills and fluency in marketing KPIs, attribution methodologies, and data-informed decision-making.
• Ability to think creatively while maintaining a performance- and results-driven mindset.
• Demonstrated success in managing marketing budgets and optimizing spend to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
• Experience working in the real estate industry is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
• Proven intellectual strength; master’s degree a plus.
