B&B Customs is seeking a reliable, hardworking Deck Builder to join our growing team. This position involves working on residential and light commercial decking projects from the ground up — including site prep, digging for stair footings, framing, decking, railing installation, and finishing work. Ideal candidates are experienced with hand and power tools, can make accurate cuts, and are comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.

• Assist with layout and framing of decks using Prowood and Trex materials
• Make precise cuts using saws (circular saws, miter saws, etc.)
• Measure and cut lumber and other materials according to project plans
• Install posts, beams, joists, decking, stairs, and railings, lights or awnings
• Add or replace materials as needed during construction or repair work
• Load, unload, and organize materials at job sites
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow instructions from the crew lead or foreman
• Work efficiently as part of a team to meet project timelines

• 2+ year of construction or carpentry experience preferred (will train the right person)
• Familiarity with power tools, hand tools, and construction safety practices
• Ability to read a tape measure and follow detailed instructions
• Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs, bend, kneel, and work on your feet for extended periods
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation preferred

Typical schedule: Monday to Friday (some weekends optional)

Pay:18-22$/Hr Competitive and based on experience (DOE)
