We are seeking a Superintendent / Field Operations Manager to lead and manage our crews and foremen across multiple active job sites. This is a managerial role that focuses on daily scheduling, crew coordination, and overall field operations, with limited but occasional hands-on involvement. The ideal candidate is a subject matter expert in outdoor living construction who can oversee complex, multi-trade projects and keep teams aligned, on track, and accountable.

• Manage all field crews and foremen across multiple job sites
• Lead the daily and weekly scheduling of construction tasks and labor resources
• Ensure all foremen and crews are set up for success with materials, plans, and timelines
• Maintain high-quality standards, ensuring work aligns with design specifications and client expectations
• Conduct regular job site visits to review progress, troubleshoot issues, and mentor foremen
• Collaborate with the office and project management teams to ensure job timelines and deliverables are met
• Occasionally perform in-field tasks when needed to support deadlines or resolve critical issues
• Train and develop field staff and foster a culture of accountability, safety, and professionalism
• Serve as the go-to expert on all aspects of outdoor living construction—hardscapes, carpentry, outdoor kitchens, pools, utilities, and more

• 10+ years of experience in outdoor living or residential construction, with at least 5 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity
• Deep knowledge of outdoor living design-build processes, including structures, utilities, finishes, and specialty elements
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple jobs, teams, and deadlines at once
• Comfort with project scheduling tools, construction documents, and digital communication platforms
• Hands-on construction experience and willingness to jump in when necessary
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
