JAD is a Residential Design firm who specializes in providing comprehensive drafting and design services for a variety of residential projects, from custom homes to large-scale production homes. We proudly serve both Utah-based and national builders.

We are currently seeking a motivated Revit Technician to join our team. This role offers hands-on training and significant opportunities for growth within a supportive and innovative environment.

We are looking for someone with a passion for residential design and a commitment to learning, proficiency with Revit and CAD software, strong attention to detail and a collaborative mindset and a long-term fit who shares our values and vision.

• Convert CAD/sketch designs to Revit.
• Assemble construction documents or lot plans.
• Redline corrections from builder or city.
• Coordination on projects with the project manager, builder, or engineer.
• Assist PM with their responsibilities.
• Meet deadlines.

• Basic AutoCAD
• Revit proficiency required.
• Any experience in the construction industry or residential design.
