A Construction/Demolition Laborer is responsible for general laborer duties on job sites where we are responding to flood, fire, mold, or other urgent issues, . Duties will include but are not limited to: loading, or unloading materials, operating machinery, and removing hazards.

Including but not limited to the list below.

• Prepare demolition, remediation, or construction sites by clearing obstacles and hazards.
• Use various equipment, hand, and power tools.
• Ability to load or unload rebuilding materials
• Produce high quality work, safely and productively at all times.
• Organization skills and the ability to pay close attention to details
• Planning skills and ability to anticipate needs ahead of job arrival

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Possess a strong sense of personal responsibility.
• Valid driver's license

Physical Requirements:

• Able and willing to work long hours including day, night, weekend shifts as needed, and work outside of normal hours.
• Able to walk, lift, reach, stoop, stand, grasp, balance, climb, kneel, crouch, and lift up to 75 pounds frequently.
• Able to work in outside environments being subjected to weather changes and job hazards.
• Ability to do physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks.
