As a Sales Producer with Blair Agency (DBA Farmers Insurance), you’ll be responsible for generating new business by identifying client needs and offering tailored insurance solutions. You’ll build strong relationships, provide excellent customer service, and help our agency grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain leads through referrals, networking, and prospecting.
• Conduct insurance needs analysis and recommend appropriate coverage.
• Present and sell personal lines, commercial insurance products and Life insurance.
• Follow up on leads, conduct policy reviews, and process applications.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals.
• Maintain strong knowledge of Farmers products and services.
• Provide ongoing support and service to clients.

• Previous sales experience (insurance preferred but not required).
• Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain within 30 days).
• Life & Health license (preferred or willing to obtain).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Driven, coachable, and eager to grow professionally.
• Proficient with CRM tools and digital communication.
