One of the largest Allstate agencies in Utah with locations in Utah and Salt Lake County is hiring for the following positions:

1- Licensed Service Account Agent

2- Licensed Sales Agent 

3- Part-time Sales Agent

No experience or license is needed as my office will support you in obtaining your license and training. Insurance experience is rewarded through increased pay.

I am looking for individuals who are honest, hard working, detail oriented, customer caring centered, work well with our current staff to help us retain our current customers and grow our agency. Insurance experience is a plus however we are willing to train the right person.

Service Account Agent-

Description: The most important part of this position is to help our customers feel valued and taking care of. Your role will be to provide an exceptional customer service experience with our office wherein they will want to refer their family and friends to us.

Duties: Service existing customers by answering calls, reviewing client accounts, making policy and coverage recommendations and changes, taking payments, making coverage recommendations, cross selling existing customers, trouble shooting claims coordination, etc.

Pay: Hrly/Salary, monthly paid uncapped commissions, quarterly bonuses, PTO and matching IRA.

Licensed Sales Agent-

Description: The most important part of this position will be to help individuals secure the best policies and coverages available to protect them and their family if an accident, damage or disaster were to happen.

Duties: would be responsible for bringing new customers to our agency through inbound and outbound calling, lead generation events and social media marketing.

Pay: Salary, monthly paid uncapped commissions, quarterly bonuses, PTO and matching IRA.

• Obtain Property and Casualty insurance license within 30 days of hire.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google suite

• Bilingual in Spanish/English is preferred
