Lofty Peaks Adventures is looking for an experianced and knowlage service technician to join our team. As a team member you will help support customers through repairs done to customers equipment and their powersports rental experience. You will work on all aspects of powersports ranging from ATVs, Motorcycles, UTV, Snowmobiles, and Watercraft.

• Conduct routine maintenance, repair tasks, diagnosis, and mechanical services.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns effectively and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projects.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
• Assist in sales efforts by providing technical expertise to customers regarding products and services.
• Hourly pay between $20-$25 plus billable flat rate commission.

• Proven experience as a Service Technician or similar role is preferred.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in powersports repair.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members and customers.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating strong problem-solving abilities.
• Computer skills are highly preferred.
• Prior experience in sales or customer service is recomended but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with rental operations is a plus.
