B Logic Construction is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Superintendent to join our dynamic team. As a pivotal figure on our project sites, you will be responsible for the successful execution of all on-site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, exceptional organizational skills, and a deep understanding of construction processes and safety regulations. Project Oversight & Management: Lead and manage all daily on-site construction activities from start to finish, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and budget.

Schedule Management: Develop, maintain, and enforce project schedules, coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely completion of milestones and overall project delivery.

Quality Control: Implement and maintain rigorous quality control standards, conducting regular inspections to ensure all work meets B Logic Construction's high-quality benchmarks and industry regulations.

Safety Leadership: Champion a strong safety culture on site, enforcing all safety protocols, conducting regular safety meetings, and ensuring compliance with OSHA and company safety policies to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel.

Team Coordination: Effectively coordinate and supervise all trades, subcontractors, and field personnel, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Resource Management: Oversee the efficient allocation and management of labor, materials, and equipment on site.

Problem-Solving: Proactively identify potential issues and implement effective solutions to keep projects on track and mitigate risks.

Communication: Serve as the primary on-site contact, maintaining clear and consistent communication with project managers, clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.

Documentation: Maintain accurate daily logs, progress reports, and other necessary project documentation.

• Experience: Minimum of 3 - 5 years of progressive experience in construction, with at least 3 years in a Superintendent role, preferably in commercial or general building projects. 
• Proven track record of successfully managing projects from conception to completion.
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required. 
• A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or relevant certifications (e.g., OSHA 30) are highly preferred.
• Skills & Competencies: Demonstrated strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. 
• Proficiency in project scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
• Deep understanding of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations (OSHA). 
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and other construction documents.
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to work on construction sites in various weather conditions and navigate uneven terrain.
• Ability to lift and carry materials as needed.
• Other: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Experience with alternative delivery methods (e.g., CMaR, CM/GC, Design-Build) is a significant asset.
• Medical card and drug testing is required.
