Evolve is the benefit manager to health plans for Home Modifications. We represent nationwide health plans with growing operations in several states. Evolve's network of providers are the best in the industry and have excellent experience in providing aging in place services.

About the Position…

The Network Development Manager supports the growth of Evolve by promoting Evolve’s value based solutions to home and community based providers, who can choose to join Evolve’s provider network. The manager is expected to build and grow a pipeline of potential providers, identify and assess gaps in existing provider networks, and present feasible solutions that result in executed agreements with providers. The role requires strong communication and presentation skills. The manager will also be responsible for leading a team of Network Development Specialists, and reports directly to the VP of Business Development.

Desired Skills:

  • A go-getter. Ideal candidate is a self-starter and able to work with limited to no guidance. Someone who is able to lead processes and next steps with autonomy.
  • Excellent communication skills. You'll be calling many people so you cannot hide behind a voicemail or delayed responses.
  • Have a keen eye for details. This is highly important when reviewing each request.
  • Knowledgeable about residential construction
  • Experience with Google Apps and products.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively researches, maintains, and leverages potential lead sources to build a continuous provider pipeline
  • Personally accountable for prospecting to a defined list of high-priority provider practices and organizations, and nurturing and converting inbound leads
  • Solicits and pursues referrals from business networks and internal referrals
  • Researches and determines provider suitability for an affiliate relationship
  • Supports new business initiatives in diverse markets while considering individual market circumstances
  • Collaborates with key cross-functional groups in developing and executing marketing campaigns in support of potential providers
  • Provides performance reports to internal stakeholders and shares trends/learnings
  • Collaborates with internal teams to create presentations for external stakeholders
  • Provides relationship maintenance and supports implementation of newly approved providers
  • Accountable for achieving defined growth-related goals and targets

Requirements:

  • Effective communication skills (verbally and written through email)
  • Basic computer experience
  • College degree (at least 4 yrs) preferred
  • English speaking is preferred; Spanish is helpful.
  • Experienced in provider relations and/or network development
  • Demonstrated resourcefulness, initiative, and results-oriented capabilities
  • Ability to work in a shifting and fast paced environment
  • Must have strong critical thinking and problem solving skills

Work Remotely

  • Not at first, but may become an option after proficient work is performed

Compensation

  • $50,000 + Bonus
