About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and certified HVAC Service Technician to join our team immediately. This is a full-time position for an experienced professional with extensive knowledge across a wide range of HVAC systems and components. The ideal candidate will be proficient in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining both residential and commercial HVAC systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and service a variety of HVAC systems including:
• Refrigeration systems (Certified in all refrigeration types)
• Mini-split systems
• Fan coil units
• Rooftop units (RTUs)
• Chillers
• Furnaces and boilers
• Unit heaters
• Fireplaces
• Air conditioners
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical components and control systems
• Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections
• Install and commission new systems and components as needed
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time on site
• Ensure compliance with all local HVAC codes, safety regulations, and company standards

Qualifications:

• EPA Certification and/or State HVAC License (required)
• Proven experience with all HVAC equipment listed above
• Strong understanding of HVAC control systems and electrical diagnostics
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be reliable, professional, and safety-conscious
